The Negev is experiencing a surge in new opportunities, particularly in technology and innovation, with initiatives focused on attracting talent and investment to the region. These efforts aim to bolster the local economy, create high-tech jobs, and address challenges related to climate and desert environments.

Since 1992, the Negev Foundation has invested in Israel’s largest land mass by supporting innovative agriculture, research and development, education, and projects that help desert communities thrive.

We are inspired by David Ben-Gurion’s belief that Israel’s future lies here in the Negev. Our work focuses on long-term resilience and growth.
